1. Booking Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the travel date: Eligible for a full refund minus transaction fees.
  • Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before the travel date: Eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the travel date: No refund will be provided.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including:

  • Flight tickets (subject to airline policy).
  • Visa processing fees.
  • Last-minute hotel bookings.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
