1. Booking Cancellations and Refunds

- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the travel date: Eligible for a full refund minus transaction fees.
- Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before the travel date: Eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the travel date: No refund will be provided.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable, including:
- Flight tickets (subject to airline policy).
- Visa processing fees.
- Last-minute hotel bookings.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
